For those with an Art Deco period home, this attractive parlor lamp would be a fun and functional addition! This pretty parlor lamp was manufactured by the Pittsburgh Lamp Company. The simple, yet attractive brass frame has scrolled arms supporting the Art Deco style milk glass handpainted shade and matching fount. The 14" diameter shade and fount are done in shades of rose pink, with black stylized pattern trim, and both are in perfect condition, no chips, cracks, or flea bites (rim flakes). The lamp has been electrified, but with a burner, can be converted to kerosene in a matter of minutes. The canopy motor to raise and lower the lamp is present. The brass smoke bell is an old replacement, not a reproduction. The stunning beaded fringe in tones of black, pink, smoke gray, white, and crystal, has been custom-made for the lamp from photos of an exact duplicate lamp, with some updated flare, resulting in a very beautiful lamp! The dimensions of this hanging parlor lamp are; 35" long, and 14 1/2" wide, and the shade is 14" in diameter. A spectacular lamp,...ready to dress up your home!
