Item #: 0552500A
This pretty 1920's slag glass lamp is an eyecatcher for sure! It is unmarked, except for the number "1281" cast on the underside of the base. The shade has light trapezoid panels in tones of turquoise blue, gold, green and lavender. It is harder to find blue tones in vintage lamps than other colors. This lamp could possibly be from the Jeanette Lamp Co. The shade and base are original to each other, with a simple, yet elegant floral and scroll design. The frame of the shade has some edge imperfections where the panels meet along with one small panel support repair (a brass cotter style pin) between two panels. It appears to be an old repair. The double sockets are marked "Arrow", and appear to be the original sockets and pull chains. The light sockets are three way. The lamp has a newer brown braided cover cord. The table lamp is 24 1/2" tall with the shade, and the base is 8" is diameter. The lamp shade is 10" tall, and the bottom edge is 17" in diameter. A special vintage lighting collectible ready to beautify your home!
